Metrics

The Warehouse Picking process flow has the following metrics that are linked to respective charts.

• Avg Hrs Spent Processing Reqs by Month

  Avg Hrs Spent Processing Reqs by Month is a metric that compares the number of hours spent each month to process requests for the selected branch/plant. Click the Avg Hrs Spent Processing Reqs by Month icon to display chart.

• Backlog – Number of Requests Not Processed Within 24 Hours

  Backlog – Number of Requests Not Processed Within 24 Hours is a metric that helps to review the number of requests that are not processed within 24 hours for the selected branch/plant. Click the Backlog – Number of Requests Not Processed Within 24 Hours icon to display the chart.

• Ten Most Requested Items

  Ten Most Requested Items is a metric that helps to view the 10 most requested items during a specific period. Click the Ten Most Requested Items icon to display the chart .

• Volume by Zone

  Volume by Zone is a metric that helps to review and compare the available and used volume in each of the respective zones in the warehouse. Click Volume by Zone icon to display the chart.
