Use the Invoice and Line Errors page (BI_ERR_BY_INV) to inquire about individual invoice errors at either the header level or the line level.

Billing, and then Review Processing Results, and then Review Invoice Errors, and then Invoice and Line Errors

Field or Control	Description
Invoice Error	Displays the entire error message if the error pertains to the entire invoice or the header level. The rest of the page is blank. If the error is a line error, this field displays the message Line(s) contain error, and the system populates the remaining fields with corresponding messages for each line containing an error.
Error Status	Displays the error code.
Error Description	Displays specific information about the error.
Last Update	Displays the date the bill line was last updated.
