Setting Up Conversations and Messages

This topic discusses setting up conversations in PeopleSoft Classic eBill Payment and the Message Center in PeopleSoft Fluid eBill Payment.

You must set up the Role, Action Code, and Action Owner to ensure the proper routing of messages based on the conversation Subject and Sub-Topic.

Go to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, and then Common Definitions, and then Customers, and then Customer Conversation Subjects in the employee portal. If the Action Owner is blank, the assignment hierarchy is followed.
