Common Elements Used in the General Ledger WorkCenter

Most WorkCenters have a similar look and are configured the same. Some icons are developed in PeopleTools and appear on WorkCenter pages.

  • Edit Journal

  • Post Journal

  • Save Jrnl Status (Save Journal Incomplete Status)

  • Budget Check

  • Budget Pre Check

  • Unpost Journal Now

  • Email Notification

  • Delete

  • Approve

Action options for each user can be different based on their privileges.
