These Application Data Sets are delivered to move setup data between databases.
This table provides the Application Data Sets (ADS), their usage, and the records for each data set:

When you copy dataset definitions, the data referenced within the copied datasets must exist within the database to which you are copying the Data Set definitions. For example, the tree definitions and ChartField values that are referenced within the Budget Definitions should be current in your source and target databases.Table 8-1 GL to CC ADS
