Contract Punchout

Contract Punchout ensures you are procuring punchout items at the price negotiated with the supplier. When users order from a punchout website to populate the requisition, the system automatically matches punchout items with procurement contract line items, then applies the appropriate price based on these options:

• Always Use Contract Price

• Always Use Punchout Price

• Use Punchout Price if Lower

The system tracks punchout and contract pricing to help identify discrepancies with the Contract Price Discrepancy report.

Follow these steps to implement contract punchout:

1. Select the Punchout Items option on the Contract and Vendor Rebate Controls Page.

2. Specify your pricing requirement using the Punchout Pricing Option on the Contract Entry - Contract Page.
