Reset and Send Forgotten Password Page

Use the Reset and Send Forgotten Password page (AUC_RESET_PASS_PG) to reset a password and receive an email with a new password.

Navigation:

Click the I forgot my password link on the Bidder Login pagelet.

For bidders that remember their user ID but can't remember their password, enter the user ID on the Reset and Send Forgotten Password page. The system resets the password and sends the new password to the user.
