Masking Elements

To comply with Oracle Data privacy regulations, it is crucial to mask Global Payroll elements that may contain sensitive data, from appearing in the output file during Element Trace extraction process.

Masking sensitive data ensures that unauthorized individuals cannot access or misuse sensitive information.

Define Elements Masking Page

Use the Define Elements Masking page (GP_ERC_ELM_MSK) to define global payroll and absence elements which contain sensitive data that need to be masked during element trace extraction process.

Content of this setup is used when exporting data from GP_AUDIT_TBL to mask the content of the listed elements.
