System-Delivered User Roles for Accessing Total Rewards Statements
Total rewards statements are available in two versions, fluid and classic. Users access either one of these statement versions depending on two factors—whether the Fluid Total Rewards feature uptake occurred, and the user roles given to them to access fluid rewards statements.
This table lists the combinations of these two factors, and describe what users expect to see when they access total rewards statements for themselves or others:
| Feature Uptake | Delivered User Role | Expected Behavior |
|---|---|---|
|
Uptake of Fluid Total Rewards |

Note: Oracle highly recommends that users with this user role access their fluid total rewards statements using the Total Rewards tile as intended in the system. However, if they wish to access their classic total rewards statements instead, they have the option to do so by adding the My Total Rewards tile to a home page through personalization. |

For users who have the Total Rewards Admin Fluid role, they can access total rewards statements of selected employees from the Navigator ().
