Team Time Dashboard Sections
The dashboard displays tiles based on user roles and permissions. Each tile reflects data for the selected employee.
Actions section
Use the Actions tile to perform key managerial tasks for the selected employee.
- Review Exceptions: Displays time entries with exceptions (for example, missing punches or rule violations). Includes exception counts for quick identification. Click this tile to navigate to the Manage Exceptions page for the employee in context.
- Approve Reported Time: Enables review and approval of employee-reported time. Selecting this tile navigates the user to the Fluid Approvals page, filtered by Report Time Transaction.
- Approve Absence Request: Enables approval or denial of submitted absence requests. Selecting this tile navigates the user to the Fluid Approvals page, filtered by absence request transaction.

The data and counts displayed are specific to the selected employee and refresh when the employee context changes.Time Section
The Time tile provides access to employee time reporting and processed time information. Refer to existing Time Dashboard (Employee Self Service) documentation for detailed field-level behavior.

The Absence tile provides quick access to absence-related activities for the selected employee.
- Manage Absences: Enables users to create or modify employee absence entries. Displays upcoming approved absences, where available, for the employee in context.
- Cancel Absences: Displays absences eligible for cancellation (if applicable).
- View Requests: Review submitted absence requests.
- Absence Balances: View available leave balances.
