Associating Users with Webhook Endpoint Configuration

Use the User Endpoint Configuration page to associate a PeopleSoft user with a webhook endpoint. When a notification is generated for a user, the Notification Framework uses the configured webhook to deliver the notification to the external system.

Navigation:

In the left panel of the Notification Administration fluid navigation collection, select the Webhook Endpoint Configuration item.

Field or Control	Description
Webhook Name	Select the webhook definition to associate with a user. The webhook definition contains the endpoint configuration that is used to send outbound notifications.
Web URL ID	Select the Web URL definition (in Integration Broker) that identifies the base URL or endpoint used by the webhook.
User ID	Select the PeopleSoft user whose notifications will be delivered through the configured webhook endpoint.
Target URL	Displays or specifies the complete webhook endpoint URL where notifications are sent for the selected user. The URL is typically provided by the external system, such as Slack or Teams.
