Reviewing the PeopleTools Middleware DPK Usage

The PeopleTools Middleware DPK (PT-MW-DPK or PT-MWCUST-DPK) contains supporting (third-party) software that is required for a PeopleSoft installation. Apply the PeopleTools Middleware DPK as needed to provide security updates for one or more of the components. You can use this separate eopleTools Middleware DPK with a new OSK DPK installation to take advantage of up-to-date security updates (CPUs) for Java. You also have the option to use the PeopleTools Middleware DPK to obtain the latest Java when upgrading OpenSearch.

The PeopleTools Middleware DPK was called Infrastructure DPK (PT-INFRA DPK) in previous releases.
