File Compare Options

This describes the File Compare options.

Any change in this section of the Local Options dialog box will be effective after PTF client is restarted.

Two options are provided.

Term	Definition
Log Detail	Select this option to log detailed content differences. only summary or line-level difference information. If you do not select this option, only summary or line-level difference information will be displayed in the log. By default, this option in not selected.
Delete Target File	Use this option to control whether the target PDF file is retained or removed after PDF comparison processing completes Select this option to delete the target PDF file after the PDF comparison operation is complete. If you do not select this option, PTF retains the target PDF file after the PDF comparison operation is complete.
