Defining External URL Variables

To access the External URL Variables page, select PeopleTools, Workflow, Notifications, Component Template Variables, Define Template Variables, External URL Variables, Edit.

The name format for external URL variables is %URL1, %URL2, and so on.

Specify the complete URL, along with a description.
