Enabling LoyaltyEngine Component Group

To enable the component group for LoyaltyEngine

1. Log in to the Siebel Web application, and then do the following:

   1. Navigate to the Administration - Server Configuration > Enterprises > Component Groups view.

   2. Query for the LoyaltyEngine component group.

   3. For this component group, do the following:

      • Select the component group, and then click the Enable button.

      • In the Component Group Assignments applet, click the Enable button for the required Siebel Server.

2. Stop, and then restart the Siebel Server.
