Lifting Existing Siebel CRM Deployments

This topic describes the steps for lifting an existing Siebel CRM deployment using the Siebel Lift utility that is available on MOS as Siebel CRM 26.8.0.0 Lift Utility (Patch).

Note: The Siebel Lift utility is only for deployments that involve performing the "lift" operations of creating and uploading deployment kits from an existing deployment of Siebel CRM. If you are performing a green field deployment of Siebel CRM, then you do not need to download, install, or use the Siebel Lift utility.
