Sign In to Siebel Mobile

Siebel Mobile is supported on iOS and Android devices. You typically access Siebel Mobile applications from the Siebel app downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Sign In to Siebel Mobile Using the Siebel App

This procedure describes how to sign in to Siebel Mobile on a mobile device using the Siebel app. This task assumes that you've already integrated Siebel Mobile with the native features on your mobile device and completed, among others, the following key tasks:

• You've downloaded and installed the Siebel Mobile app.

• You've set up the Application Server URL for Siebel Mobile.

• You've configured Siebel Mobile on your mobile device.

1. Start your device and then tap Siebel to start the Siebel Mobile app.

   Note: Accept the license info page to continue. This is only displayed the first time you sign in.

2. Enter the application URL in this format: https://<web site domain>/<objmgr>/<lang> for the Siebel Mobile application in the host address.

3. Select Go.

   1. Enter your user name and password and select Sign In.

      After you've signed in, the application starts. These buttons appear inside the icons grid:

      • Refresh button for refreshing the page in the browser.

      • Attachment button for going to the Attachment Manager view. For more information, see Manage Attachment Downloads.

      • Home button for returning to the Home page of the Siebel Mobile app.

   Note: The Identifier doesn't apply to Siebel Mobile connected applications.
