Application Logging for Siebel Mobile

You use the Logs button on the application home screen to generate the log event messages and debug information for Siebel Mobile disconnected applications, provided that logging has been enabled for the application.

This information is captured as a part of the log file:

• Logged in user details (Sync node ID is available only for offline enabled applications)

• Device information like device name, manufacture, model, free memory, RAM and other hardware information which is helpful to understand the hardware level bottlenecks and thresholds.

• All the following types of logs are captured

  • Default logs

  • Information

  • Errors

  • Browser errors

  • Warnings

Note: It's recommended that you enable the Log button when you need to capture logs or when the technical support team asks you to do so. Otherwise, the button can be disabled.
