Enable Logging for Siebel Mobile Users

By default, generating log files in Siebel Mobile is disabled. But, users can enable it when needed.

If logging is disabled, when a user selects the Logs button, a dialog box appears. Users need to select Enable Logs to start the log capturing process. The button is then toggled as Disable Logs.
