The Data Infrastructure creation and network validation are performed by the customer with assistance from Oracle. After successful validation, the Data Infrastructure hardware is delivered to the customer. An Oracle Field Engineer then performs the onsite deployment and activation of the Data Infrastructure during a scheduled visit to the customer’s location.
Once the Data Infrastructure reaches the Active state, the Oracle Field Engineer completes the handover. You can then configure VM Networks and create VM Clusters, databases, and Application VMs.
