Configuring Managed Access on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Legacy and Oracle Public Cloud

You may configure the Oracle Break Glass Managed Access to meet your specific requirements.

Configuring Oracle Break Glass for Fusion Cloud Service lets you define the following for each of your Oracle Fusion Cloud Service environments:

  1. Approvers – Your authorized personnel who are authorized approve Oracle Break Glass for Fusion Cloud Service access requests.
  2. Support Access Duration – Time window for which the data level access to the Fusion database by Oracle staff will be granted before the access is automatically revoked.
  3. Automatic approvals – You can specify when data level access can be granted automatically without the need for your approval.

Break Glass Access Approval Defaults

Please note that all newly provisioned Oracle Break Glass for Fusion Cloud Service environments come with a default configuration setting. You must update this configuration as per your requirements.

The default configuration means that Break Glass access requests do not need your approval, and access is set to 48hours. You can still request an audit log for such access requests.
