Configure Catalog Search
Indexing
You can configure how and when catalog objects are indexed from the Catalog tab.
On your home page,click Navigator, then click Console.
In the Console under Configuration and Settings, click Search
Index.
In the Catalog tab, confirm that Index User
Folders is selected.
Oracle recommends that you don't deselect this option. When
deselected, no folders in the catalog are indexed so home
page searches return very limited and possibly no results.
Select a language or hold down Ctrl to select multiple
languages.
Use the Catalog Object (Shared Folders) and
Crawl Status columns to browse for and specify which
catalog objects you want to index.
Click Save.
Optional: Click Run Now to rebuild the search index with your changes.
