When you deploy multiple semantic models in your environment with resource groups set up. be sure that each model is designed to avoid conflicts.

Unique Subject Area Names

Ensure that subject area names are unique across all deployed semantic models. Be sure to avoid duplicate subject area names across semantic models.

To view or update a subject area's name, go to the semantic model's Presentation Layer, click General, and locate the Name field.

Ensure that subject area alternate names are unique across all deployed semantic models. Be sure to avoid duplicate alternate names across semantic models.
