Disable a Shared Data Action

Disable a shared data action so that it isn’t available to consumers in your workbook.

When you disable a shared data action, it’s only disabled for the workbook you’re in, not for any other workbooks that might be using it.

1. On your home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, and select Open.
2. In the Actions pane, expand the Shared Actions folder.
3. Right-click the data action you want to use and click Disable Action.
4. Click Save.
