Hide Gridlines in Visualizations

You can reduce visual clutter in a chart visualization by hiding gridlines or showing only the baseline (the main axis line).

You can choose from three options when you configure the Grid Lines property for chart axes:

• On: Displays all gridlines. This is the default.
• Off: Displays no gridlines and no baseline.
• Baseline Only: Displays only the baseline.

1. On your home page, hover over a workbook, click Actions, and select Open.
2. Select a visualization on the canvas.
3. Click Properties, then click the Axis tab .
4. In the Grid Lines row, click On, then select Off or Baseline Only.
5. Click Save.
