Learn about important file considerations when working with Oracle Analytics knowledge documents, such as supported formats and size limitations.

• You need to save the agent once before uploading a knowledge document.
• PDF and TXT files are supported.
• Images inside documents aren’t supported and are ignored.
• You can upload up to 10 knowledge document files to each agent. Each file must be under 5 MB.
