Revoke Public Access

Revoke public access to Oracle Analytics content.

1. To revoke public access for individual workbooks and analyses, remove BI Public Role from the item or its folder.
2. To revoke public access for the Oracle Analytics environment, ask your administrator to turn off Enable Public Access.

After you change the access settings, test the former public link in a private browser window to verify that users can no longer access the content.
