Validate Public Access

After you make content public, validate its access and content.

1. Open the public link in a private browser window.
2. Verify that the content opens without requiring users to sign in.
3. Verify that users can't edit the item.
4. Verify that filters, prompts, downloads, and linked content expose only approved data.
5. Record the owner, link location, review date, and procedure for revoking access.
