Share a Generative AI Model With Other Users in Oracle Analytics

Share a generative AI model with other users so that analysts can access it. For example, share with Read-only access to enable users to write expressions that reference the model, or Read-write access to enable users to edit the name, description, and parameters.

  1. (In Oracle Analytics) On your home page, click Navigator Navigator icon, then Catalog.
  2. In Shared Folders, select the model, click Actions Actions (ellipsis) icon, then Inspect.
  3. Display the Access tab, and provide the required access level for users and roles.
    • Read-Only - Run workbooks and dataflows, inspect, and write expressions that reference the model.
    • Read-Write - Run workbooks and dataflows, inspect, write expressions that reference the model, and edit the model details (name, description, parameters).
    • Full Control - Run workbooks and dataflows, inspect, write expressions that reference the model, edit the model details (name, description, parameters), delete the model, change model access for users.
  4. Save the details.
