Create an Application

Create new applications from the My Applications page.

You create applications in the Developer Portal to manage which of your applications can send requests to APIs. You can view analytics metrics for each application that subscribes to an API.

1. Click the My Applications tab.
2. Click Register Application.
3. Enter the application name and an optional description.
4. Select the Application Types that apply to your application.
5. In the Contact Information section, enter your first name, last name, and email address. Optionally enter your phone number and company name.
6. Click Save.

You’ve registered the application. You can now subscribe it to APIs, as described in Subscribe to a Plan to Use an API. You can also register applications while subscribing to an API.
