Change the Agentic AI Pattern Associated with an AI Agent

You can change the agentic AI pattern associated with an AI agent.

Note:

In the 26.07 release, you can still continue to use agentic AI patterns that have version 26.04 for your AI agents. However, you cannot use agentic AI patterns with version 26.04 and 26.07 in the same project.
  1. In the navigation pane, select Projects.
  2. Select the project in which you created your AI agent.
  3. In the left navigation pane, select AI Agents AI Agents icon.
  4. In the AI Agents section, select the AI agent for which you want to change the agentic AI pattern.
  5. In the toolbar, click Actions Actions icon , then Edit info to display the AI agent details.

    The AI agent details pane is displayed.

  6. In Thinking Pattern, select a different agentic AI pattern for the AI agent.

    Only Active agentic AI patterns can be selected.

  7. Click Save.
