If You Select Avro Schema (AVSC) document

Element	Description
Schema Subject	Specify the subject associated with the schema registry. Note: This field is populated if the default schema is configured for Topic Value.
Schema Version	Specify the version associated with the schema registry.

If You Select XML schema (XSD) document or Sample XML document

Element	Description
Select File	Select a file or drop one in the Drag and Drop field. Once selected, the file name is displayed in the File Name field.
Element	Select the element if you specified an XSD file.
