Deploy a Workflow

To deploy a human in the loop workflow, you have to create a project deployment consisting the workflow and the integration that calls the workflow.

Learn how to create and manage project deployments. See Create and Manage a Project Deployment in Using Integrations in Oracle Integration 3.

Create a Project Deployment

  1. Open a project.
    1. In the navigation pane, select Projects.
    2. Select the project name.
  2. Click the Deploy tab.
  3. Click Create.
    The Create deployment panel appears.
  4. Enter a name, identifier, and optional description. The name is required for activating the project deployment.
  5. Select the integration to include in the deployment.

The available versions of the integration are displayed in the second column. By default, the most recently-created version is selected when you create a deployment.

If more than one integration need to be included in the deployment, select the version to include for each integration.

  6. Click Save, then exit the Choose integrations page.
  7. Select the workflow to include in the deployment.

Even if you selected the integration that calls a workflow, the workflow is not automatically included in the deployment. You must manually select the workflow.

    Note:

Any form dependencies for a selected workflow are automatically included in the deployment. For example, if a workflow uses Form A, then Form A is automatically added to the deployment.
    1. In the left toolbar, select Human in the loop Human in the loop icon.
    2. In the Workflow section, select the workflow to include in the deployment.

The available versions of the workflow are displayed in the second column. By default, the most recently-created version is selected when you create a deployment.

If more than one workflow need to be included in the deployment, select the version to include for each workflow.

    3. Click Save, then exit the Choose Human in the loops page.
  8. After you've added the required integrations and workflows to the project deployment, activate it.
