3 Install and Configure the Recipe

On your Oracle Integration instance, install the recipe to deploy and configure the integration and associated resources.

  1. On the Oracle Integration Home page, in the Get started section, click Browse store.
  2. Find the recipe you want to install, then click Get.

    A message confirms that the recipe was successfully installed, and the recipe card shows In use.

  3. Click Configure Configure icon on the recipe to configure its resources.

    The project workspace opens, displaying all the resources of the recipe. Configure the following resources before you activate and run the recipe.

Configure the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. In the Properties section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    WSIL URL Select

    Enter the WSIL URL. For example, https://Business_Services_Server:port/Environment/wsil.jsp

    See Configure Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  3. In the Security section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Security Policy Leave JD Edwards Security Policy selected.
    Username Enter the username of your Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne account. See Configure Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
    Password Enter the password of your Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne account.
    Environment Enter the environment obtained earlier.
    Role Enter the role type that can access the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment. To select all the roles, enter *ALL.
  4. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.
    A message confirms if your test is successful.
  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the Oracle ERP Cloud Connection

  1. In the Connections section, click the connection name.
  2. In the Properties section, enter the Oracle ERP Cloud host name. For example: https://your_domain_name.fa.DC.oraclecloud.com.
  3. In the Security section, enter the following details:
    Field Information to Enter
    Security Policy Select Username Password Token.
    User Name Enter the user name of the account created for Oracle Integration on Oracle ERP Cloud. See Configure Oracle ERP Cloud.
    Password Enter the password of the account created for Oracle Integration on Oracle ERP Cloud.
  4. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. Click Test to ensure that your connection is successfully configured. In the resulting dialog, click Test again.
    A message confirms if your test is successful.
  6. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.

Configure the Lookup Tables

Edit the following lookup tables to map the fields between Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle ERP Cloud instances.

  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_PO_LOOKUP: Used to map the fields related to the purchase order between Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_PO_LINES_LOOKUP: Used to map the fields related to each line item in the purchase order between Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_SHIPTO _LOOKUP: Used to map the ShipToLocation and ShipToOrganization fields in Oracle ERP Cloud with ShipTo field in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_SUPPLIER _LOOKUP: Used to map the Supplier and SupplierSite fields in Oracle ERP Cloud with SupplierEntityId field in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_CATEGORY _LOOKUP: Used to map the Product Category in Oracle ERP Cloud with Product Catalog field in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_BUYER _LOOKUP: Used to map the Buyer field in Oracle ERP Cloud with BuyerEntityId field in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  • ORACLE-BRT-SHOPIFY_ERP_UOM _LOOKUP: Used to map the UOM field in Oracle ERP Cloud with EOM field in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
  1. In the Lookups section, click the lookup name.
  2. In the Name column, enter the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne field that you want to map.
  3. In the Value column, enter the Oracle ERP Cloud field to which the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne field must be mapped.
  4. Click Save. If prompted, click Save again.
  5. To return to the project workspace, click Go back Back icon.
