Use AI to Generate Project Documentation

You can use AI to create documentation that describes a project.

Note:

AI features are available in select regions. See AI Feature Availability.
  1. In the navigation pane, click Projects.
  2. Perform one of the following steps:
    1. On the Projects page, hover over the project for which to generate documentation using AI.
    2. Click Actions Actions icon, then select Learn about this project.

      or

    3. On the Projects page, click the project name for which to generate documentation using AI.
    4. In the upper right corner, click Learn about this project Learn about this project icon.

    The Learn about this project panel opens.

  3. In the Learn about this project panel, you can view the documentation generated by AI. The documentation generated by AI might usually include information such as purpose of the solution, overview, general details, applications and access, technologies in this project (which might include details about integrations, healthcare, B2B, robots, decisions, and so on), shared resources, unused resources, deployments, change history, testing suggestions, and so on. You can also perform the following in the Learn about this project panel.
    • Use the search field to search for information in the documentation generated by AI. Enter the text or keyword to search for in the search field, and press Enter. The text you enter is highlighted in the documentation wherever it appears. For example, if you want to search for healthcare-related information, enter healthcare in the search field. The text healthcare is highlighted wherever it appears in the documentation. Press Enter to see the next instance where the search text appears in the documentation.
    • Use the Content navigation pane to navigate to the various sections of the documentation.
    • Click Save as PDF Save as PDF icon to save the documentation as a PDF.
    • Click Regenerate documentation Regenerate documentation icon to regenerate the documentation by AI based on the current data and replace the previous documentation. This option is helpful when you make changes to the integrations, other artifacts, or any other information/configurations in the project and want to regenerate the documentation.
    • In the Content navigation pane, click Technologies in this project. In the Technologies in this project section, in the Integrations subsection, click Learn about this integration Learn about this integration icon (next to an integration that is listed) to view the integration documentation by AI for that integration. When you click Learn about this integration Learn about this integration icon next to the integration, the Learn about this integration panel appears. In the Learn about this integration panel, click Back Back icon to go back to the Learn about this project panel.
  4. Click Close Close icon to close the Learn about this project panel.


    The Learn about this project panel shows the documentation generated by AI along with options to perform search, navigate through the content, save the documentation as a PDF, and regenerate the documentation.
