Use AI to Generate Test Cases for an Integration

You can use AI to create test cases for an integration (within a project).

Note:

  • AI features are available in select regions. See AI Feature Availability in Provisioning and Administering Oracle Integration 3.
  • Creation of test cases using AI is only supported within a project.
  1. In the navigation pane, click Projects.
  2. Select the project name.
  3. Click Integration Integrations icon.
  4. In the Integration section, hover over the integration for which to generate test cases.
  5. Click Actions Actions icon, then select Create Test Cases.

    The Integration Test Cases panel opens, and indicates that it is generating test cases.

  6. After some time, in the Integration Test Cases panel, you can view the test cases generated by AI with details such as ID, description, steps involved, expected result, and priority. You can also perform the following in the Integration Test Cases panel.
    • Click Save as PDF Save as PDF icon to save the information as a PDF.
    • Click Regenerate testcases Regenerate testcases icon to regenerate the test cases by AI based on the current integration flow and replace the previous test cases. This option is helpful when you make changes to the integration flow and want to regenerate the test cases.
  7. Click Close Close icon to close the Integration Test Cases panel.
