Monitor billing for your Oracle Integration instances to help control costs, forecast workloads, and plan your budget.
Tools to Monitor Billing
There are several tools available to help you monitor billing for your instances:
- Service instance metrics: View billing message metrics for a particular Oracle Integration instance. See Stay Within Budget: Track Billing Metrics.
- Custom metrics charts: Create custom charts to view exactly the metrics you're interested in. See Create Custom Billing Charts.
- Service metrics: View metrics for multiple Oracle Integration instances at the same time. See Viewing Default Metric Charts for a Metric Namespace (Multiple Resources) in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) documentation.
- Alarms: Use alarms to notify you when metrics meet specified triggers. See Managing Alarms in the OCI documentation.
- Automate with events: Create rules to track Oracle Integration lifecycle events, such as when instances are created, updated, or deleted, and compartments changed. See Get Notified When Instance Events Occur.
