What if I Exceed My Subscribed Message Packs?

If your usage remains at or below your subscribed level, your bill is consistent from month to month. If your usage exceeds your subscribed level, your monthly bills might vary.

Additional guidance:

• Excess becomes overage

  If the number of consumed messages exceeds the number of subscribed messages during a one-hour period, the excess messages are considered overage.

• Overage is billed

  For billing purposes, overage messages are converted into consumed message packs.

• Billing calculation rule

  Billing is based on the greater of the following values:

  • Subscribed message packs

  • Consumed messages

• Configured message packs set service limits

  Your configured message packs set your service limits, including processing limits for synchronous and asynchronous requests. Using overage messages does not increase these limits.
