About This Recipe

This recipe automates the file upload workflow from FTP to Oracle ERP Cloud through Amazon SNS. Initially, it reads the expense file from FTP and uploads it to Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), triggering a notification via Amazon SNS to alert subscribers about the event. Further, the file is transferred to the Oracle ERP Cloud system from Amazon S3.

To use the recipe, you must install the recipe and configure the connections and other resources within it.

Initially, you can activate and run the first scheduled integration flow of the recipe (FTP AMAZON S3 FileUpload) manually or specify an execution schedule for it. When invoked, the integration flow reads the expense reports from FTP and exports them to Amazon S3. Finally, when triggered, the app-driven integration flow (AMAZON SNS S3 ERP FileUpload) subscribes to the event notifications from the Amazon SNS topic, gets the expense report from the Amazon S3 bucket, and then sends the files to the Oracle ERP Cloud.

Basic data, such as file name and directory are synchronized between the FTP and Oracle ERP Cloud platforms.
