About This Recipe
This recipe extracts employee vacation and delegation rules from Oracle Fusion Cloud and then stages these rules to ATP database for custom reporting and other needs. The employee vacation and delegation rules report is available as a scheduled process in Oracle Fusion Cloud. These rules are defined by users to reassign or delegate the workflow tasks assigned to them.
To use the recipe, you must install the recipe and configure the connection and other resources within the recipe. A scheduled integration, using the Oracle ERP Cloud adapter, runs daily to extract rules based on parameters set in Oracle Integration. The extracted rules are saved as multiple files (XML, Excel, log) in Oracle Fusion Cloud. A callback integration triggered by Oracle Fusion Cloud upon process completion, retrieves the process ID and downloads the zip file (containing the extracted files) using the Oracle ERP Cloud adapter. The zip file is unzipped, and the XML data is extracted and loaded into the ATP database.
