About This Recipe
This recipe creates a corresponding activity in ArcGIS (ESRI) whenever an activity is created in Oracle Field Service Cloud.
To use the recipe, you must install the recipe and configure the connection and other resources within it. When an activity is created in Oracle Field Service Cloud, the app-driven integration flow gets triggered and it creates a corresponding activity in ArcGIS activity feature layer. Basic data such as resource details, customer name, location details, activity type and status are synchronized from Oracle Field Service Cloud to ArcGIS which help technicians to find the location of the activity to be addressed through a feature service.
