Overview

This app-driven recipe automates the sales document lifecycle by using Oracle CPQ, SharePoint, and Adobe Sign. When a quote is finalized in Oracle CPQ, a PDF proposal is generated and uploaded automatically to SharePoint. SharePoint then triggers an integration that sends the document to Adobe Sign for e-signature. The approver receives an email link, completes the fields, and signs the document.

To use this recipe, install the recipe and configure its connections and other resources.

When Oracle CPQ generates a PDF proposal, the Oracle CPQ SharePoint QuoteProposalUpload integration is triggered automatically. It retrieves the new document from Oracle CPQ and uploads it to SharePoint. After the upload is complete, the Oracle SharePoint Adobe ProposalSign integration is triggered and sends the document and approver details to Adobe Sign.
