Usage Patterns: Documents

To display the data for a particular group, enter the group name in the Filter by Group box. To return to the default search, All Groups, remove the group name from the search box and click the button next to it.

The following table describes the usage pattern statistics for documents, which include files visible through the Documents interface. These statistics exclude assets, content items, and files associated with sites.

Statistic	Description
Overview	The overview shows the following information: Average Number of Files Added per Day Average Content Size Added per Day (in MB)
Total Content Size	The line graph indicates the total storage space used by files on the system during the previous 12 months.
Amount of Content per Day	Indicates the amount of file content added per day, during the time period selected in the drop-down list.
Document Views by Month	Indicates the number of views of documents that occurred during the previous 12 months.
Document Views by Day	Indicates the number of document views that occurred per day, during the time period selected in the drop-down list.
