22 Capture Files from a Monitored File Folder

You can configure import jobs on a computer that monitor folders for the files that the import processor should process without requiring regular human intervention. The file source could be an email address, a folder, or a list file. You configure import jobs in a procedure, on the Capture tab of the Procedures page. For folder and list file import jobs, the file import agent must be installed and running on the computer that can access the network folder in which the documents reside.
