Oracle Database Characteristics
When a database deployment is created on Oracle Database Classic Cloud Service, an Oracle database is created using information provided in the Create Instance wizard:

The password used for the SYS and SYSTEM database users. |
DB Name (SID) on the Instance Details page |
The database system identifier (SID) of the database. |
PDB Name on the Instance Details page |
(Oracle Database 12c only) The name of the default pluggable database (PDB) created in the database. |
