Welcome to Oracle Digital Assistant. Let’s go through what you need to do to set up an Oracle Digital Assistant instance.
About Oracle Digital Assistant
Digital Assistant is an environment for creating digital assistants and then deploying them on the channel of your choice. With Digital Assistant, you create:
Digital assistants, which are virtual concierges that help users accomplish a variety of tasks in natural language conversations. Functionally, a digital assistant is a master chatbot that has a portfolio of skills.
Skills, which are individual bots that are focused on specific types of tasks, such as tracking inventory, submitting time cards, and creating expense reports.
You can add skills to digital assistants or deploy them to a channel on their own.
