Restart the Agent or Reactivate JMS Inbound Integrations If No Messages Are Received

If Oracle Integration is not accessible for a certain period of time, it can cause JMS inbound polling to stop. Logs indicate if polling has stopped. If this occurs, you must either restart the connectivity agent or reactivate the integrations.

In addition, if the runtime request fails with the following error sometime after a connectivity agent upgrade, a connectivity agent restart is required for message processing to correctly resume.
