5 Run the Recipe

After you've completed the configurations in both Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Process Automation, you can run the recipe.

Run the recipe.
1. On your Oracle HCM Cloud instance, log in as a user with the Process User role, and assign the Journey to an employee.
  1. On the Explore page of HCM Journeys, enter Drivers License in the Search field to find the Journey you created earlier.
  2. For test purposes, assign the Journey to yourself. Click the Journey, then click Actions, and select Add to My Journeys.
  3. Navigate to the My Journeys tab, and click the Drivers License Journey.
  4. On the Journey’s page, expand the Upload Drivers License task, and click Go to Website.
  5. Upload your drivers license and click Submit.
    You’ve now triggered the recipe.
  6. Click Done.
2. Log in as a user with the Line Manager role to Process Automation Workspace.
3. Open the Workspace navigation menu, and click Tasks to open the Tasks page.
4. Under the Team tasks tab, find the task from the Update Drivers License process.
5. Click Actions on the task row, and from the Actions menu that opens, click Claim.
6. Under the My tasks tab, find and click the task that you claimed.
7. In the task details pane, review the form associated with the task, and then click Approve.
Log in to Oracle HCM Cloud and check if the employee drivers license has been updated in the employee record.
