How Do I Resolve Login Issues?

If you are unable to log in to the REST service:

  1. Review the available authentication methods.

    If you are having trouble configuring OAuth2 with Oracle Identity and Access Management, refer to Use OAuth 2.0 with Identity and Access Management.

  2. Capture any error messages.
  3. Clear the embedded browser cache.
