Troubleshoot Excel Workbooks

If you experience issues with Oracle Visual Builder Add-in for Excel, complete the first steps before proceeding to the relevant troubleshooting topics in this chapter.

First Steps

1. Upgrade to the latest version of the add-in and retry the scenario.
2. Make sure your environment meets requirements by running Check Your Environment.
3. Focus on a single issue, generally the first or earliest one in the steps.
4. Identify clear steps and a problem statement.
5. Review the known issues in the documentation for the features being used.
6. Apply available Microsoft updates for Windows and Excel.
